IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE

DOWNLOADING AND ARE USING:

Internet Explorer: Look for a bar that may appear across the top asking your permission to download a file. Click, "Yes, I accept, absolutely!" and it should start transmission to your Download Folder.

Chrome or Firefox: It should automatically download to your Download Folder.

On all browsers, because of the high quality of the imaging and file, downloading may take several minutes depending on your internet speed. After downloading is complete, the file will generally be found in your DOWNLOAD folder.

If you still do not see it, do a search for "Snow" or ".epub" and you should see the file appear.
